CYBER CRIME UNIT IN ISLAMABAD POLICE

"Islamabad police has established cyber crime unit for preventing local cyber crimes. According to spokesperson of Islamabad police, the newly establishment department will control the cyber crimes in connection with social media and internet through the use of modern technology and will increase awareness among the masses about such crimes. The cyber crime unit has been established on the directives of IG Islamabad Police Binyameen Khan. DIG Islamabad Police Sultan Azam will lead the unit. The cyber crime unit will work in collaboration with CID, and Operation Division to play its role in eradicating relevant criminal activities."

I am still looking for the purpose of this cyber crime unit as already there is an active cyber crime unit working in FIA with support of proper codified laws then why an alternative or adjacent unit needed ?
